The school benefits from the close involvement and support of its Governing Body. At present there are twelve Governors representing various bodies and interests defined in the Instrument of Governance for the school. The composition of the Governing Body is as follows:-

The Governors meet formally twice a term with visits to school taking place as required. They delegate the day to day administration of the school to the Headteacher but are responsible for admissions, appointment of staff, the curriculum, the building and matters of finance.
